For this challenge I went to a mall nearby to interview some people about their use of parking machines. Turns out parking machines were prohibited in my city (Chihuahua) so they were not available for use. Still there were some machines left so I took a picture to analyze it.

I asked some of the people passing by what were the biggest problems they faced when they used the machine before they were withdrawn. 

I wrote a problem list and based on it I sketched some ideas that could help decrease or eliminate this problems.
